Refund Policy

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Because all Bling Assassin products are hand-crafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items. Each piece is created specifically for you, so please review your order carefully before submitting.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at helloblingassassin@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to replace or repair the item at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at helloblingassassin@gmail.com and we will make it right by sending the correct item.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun on your order and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All custom and made-to-order rhinestone products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear or improper care

Apparel Returns

Print-on-demand apparel items (t-shirts, hoodies, crop tops) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Contact us to initiate a return.
