Refund policy

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Because all Bling Assassin rhinestone products are hand-crafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items. Each piece is created specifically for you from scratch, so please review your order details, color selections, and customization options carefully before submitting.

Custom items include but are not limited to:

  • All rhinestone tumblers and drinkware
  • Custom rhinestone guitars, ukuleles, and violins
  • Rhinestone sports collectibles (footballs and helmets)
  • Rhinestone masks
  • Any made-to-order or personalized piece

Ready-to-Ship Items — 14-Day Return Policy

Ready-to-ship items (including standard apparel such as tees, crop tops, hoodies, and trucker caps) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Free from damage, odor, or signs of use

To initiate a return on a ready-to-ship item, email us at helloblingassassin@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return and we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at helloblingassassin@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at helloblingassassin@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will send the correct item as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun on your custom order and cancellations cannot be accepted. To request a cancellation, email helloblingassassin@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All custom and made-to-order rhinestone products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged through use
  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window
